An Edson woman has scratched her way to $250,000.
Sandra Homann won the money on a $10 CROSSWORD DELUXE Zing! ticket.
Homann says it wasn’t the ticket she originally wanted, after mistakenly buying the DELUXE ticket instead of the CROSSWORD SUPREME.
“I didn’t realize it until I got home and started scratching it,” she explains. “It’s such an amazing feeling, and it couldn’t have come at a better time for me.”
She says she will pay off bills and buy herself a new car with her winnings.
Homann purchased her ticket at the Canadian Tire Gas Bar on 2 Avenue in Edson.
