An Edson man was arrested after a tip from the public.
Edson RCMP report that, on Dec. 10, 2021, they got a call telling them of a male and female trying to break into parked vehicles on 6 Ave in Edson.
Edson RCMP went down to the location, where they tell us they found a 24-year old male who was wanted on six arrest warrants for property crime on other matters. When RCMP searched the man, they found break and enter tools, and a small amount of methamphetamines.
James Elias Flynn of Edson has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of break and enter tools, and mischief to property.
Following a judicial hearing, Flynn was released on cash bail with conditions. His next court appearance is in Edson Provincial Court on Jan. 4, 2022.
