Edson RCMP have arrested a resident on several warrants.
On Oct. 18, the detachment responded to a report that led officers to locate a 21-year-old male Edson resident with several outstanding warrants.
Spanning Edson, Wetaskiwin, Grande Prairie and Hinton, the warrants were issued for: driving while unauthorized (x5), driving an uninsured vehicle on the highway and an unpaid ticket for driving while unauthorized.
He was brought before a justice of the peace and released. He is due before the Alberta Court of Justice in Edson on Dec. 9, 2026.
