Warmer weather is on the horizon, which also means it’s once again time for Lemonade Day Northern Alberta, a chance to support young entrepreneurs in your community.
Lemonade Day is an annual event organized by Community Futures. Each year, students across the region attend Lemonade University to learn skills that will support them in running their own lemonade stand as a small business.
This year, the event takes place on Saturday, June 13, and students in the following communities will be participating:
- Barrhead County
- Town of Barrhead
- Edson
- Evansburg
- Fox Creek
- Mayerthorpe
- Onoway
- Swan Hills
- Whitecourt
- Woodlands County

The program launched in one region in Northern Alberta in 2018 and has since expanded to include 13 regions in the area.
