The Town of Whitecourt is offering residents a chance to try cross-country skiing this weekend.
Feb. 21, from 1-4 p.m., Whitecourt residents can head to the Whitecourt Golf and Country Club to try cross-country skiing for free.
The town will provide the necessary equipment and show attendees the basics, and all ages are welcome.
Attendees are asked to register all skiers for a time slot to ensure enough equipment is available. There are three times to choose from:
- 1-2 p.m. (Course ID: 10497)
- 2-3 p.m. (Course ID: 10498)
- 3-4 p.m. (Course ID: 10499)
