With nominations closed as of noon Monday, the Town of Whitecourt has released its final list of candidates running in the upcoming municipal election.
Two candidates are running for mayor, Derek Schlosser (incumbent councillor) and Ray Hilts.
The following candidates are running for town council positions:
- Tara Baker (incumbent)
- Mike Braun
- Paul Chauvet (incumbent)
- Morgan Geczi
- Braden Lanctot (incumbent)
- Serena Lapointe (incumbent)
- Bill McAree (incumbent)
- Brigette Moore
- Jim Rennie
- Brian Wynn
