Easter long weekend facility closures for Town of Edson

According to officials with the Town of Edson, several town-owned facilities will be closed or have alternate hours of operation over the Easter long weekend. 

Officials say the following facilities will be closed from Friday, April 18 to Monday, April 21:

  • The Civic Centre.
  • The Protective Services Building – officials note emergency response will not be impacted.
  • The Griffiths Park Centre.
  • The Public Works Building.
  • The Edson Landfill.

Staff with the Edson and District Leisure Centre say their facility will be open from Noon to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and Monday, with modified programming. 

Town officials also note there will not be any changes to the waste collection schedule.
