Town of Edson residents now have another option for outdoor recreation.
Town officials opened the Squirrely Whirly Skating Loop for the season on Friday, Feb. 7.
The skating loop is located at Water Tower Park, across from the Edson and District Leisure Centre.
Residents are reminded this is an all-natural ice surface that may be uneven in some areas and have bumps in others. Head protection and other safety gear are strongly recommended.
