Officials with Woodlands County are now accepting Small Business Property Sub-Class applications for 2025.
The Small Business Property Sub-Class provides an opportunity for property owners who paid a non-residential property levy in 2024 to apply for a reduced property tax rate in 2025.
Property owners who operate a business or have businesses leasing their property with fewer than 50 full-time Canadian employees are encouraged to apply.
Officials say all applications will be reviewed before approval and also note that properties must be in compliance with Woodlands County’s Land Use Bylaw to qualify.
Applications are required annually with this year’s deadline set for Friday, Feb. 14.
