In hopes of salvaging the remainder of the golf season, the Whitecourt Golf and Country Club has revamped its tournament schedule as they move closer to opening 18 holes for play.
Tournament dates include:
- Industries Tournament August 18, 19 and 20
- Glow Ball September 2
- Club Championship September 9 and 10
- Cash Scramble (Make Up Date) September 23 and 24
Course officials say member priority registration for the Industries Tournament will begin on Monday, July 24.
Teams that do not include a member of the club may register beginning August 1.
Men’s and Ladies League will resume once the course has 18 holes open for play. However, Couples’ Night will resume Thursday, July 27.
The driving range is still closed as crews are fighting ground water in specific areas. The goal is to have the driving range open on Tuesday, July 25.
