Whitecourt town council is encouraging the citizens of Whitecourt to recognize May 29 – June 2, 2023 as Rural Health Week.
Officials say rural health providers are powerful assets in the communities, using their health care skills and practices to enhance the community’s quality of life on a more personal level, creating special relationships with their patients and community as family, friends, neighbours, volunteers, teachers, and mentors.
