Only two active wildfires are burning in the province, but the Grande Prairie Forest Area fire danger level remains high.
One of the two blazes is located in the GPFA, south of Township Road 700, near the B.C. border, while the other is north of High Level.
The blaze further north is listed as under control, while the one in the GPFA is being held at 30 hectares in size.
Residents are now asked to continue preventing wildfires by using extra caution when working or recreating outdoors.
