The Edson RCMP is seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect believed to have damaged a garbage can.
At about 9 a.m. on July 13, local police responded to a report of suspicious noise in the area of 55 Street and 6 Avenue in Edson.
RCMP members report finding a garbage can with significant damage.
Witnesses reportedly saw an individual with a red hoodie run from the area northbound on 55 Street.
The RCMP is requesting public assistance to identify this suspect. If any community members have footage via dashcam, doorbell cameras or home security, northbound from 55 Street and 6 Avenue, or in surrounding areas which they believe may aid this investigation, between approximately 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., please contact the Edson RCMP.
