Woodlands County reports that a section of East Mountain Road (Range Road 115) has been temporarily reduced to single-lane traffic.
The northbound lane has been closed due to poor road conditions.
The county says crews are assessing the area and implementing traffic control measures, including traffic lights and barricades.
Motorists are asked to use caution in the area, obey posted signage and expect minor delays.
