Road work is underway at the Festival Park roundabout in the Town of Whitecourt.
As a result, north and southbound traffic along 51 Street will be re-routed east to 52 Street, around the Community Garden, and through the Cadet Hall parking lot.
Barricades, signage and flag persons will be on site to help direct traffic.
Work began July 7, and officials expect it to be complete by July 16.
In the meantime, the town says all park areas and water features at Festival Park remain open for public use.
