The sixth annual Sangudo Summerfest returns to the Deep Creek Campground July 3-5.
This family-friendly outdoor music festival has been showcasing local and Canadian talent since 2021.
This year’s headliners include Clayton Bellamy and Travis Dolter, with many other local artists taking the stage.
Friday, July 3, the concert schedule is as follows:
- 5:00 p.m.: Geinger
- 6:00-8:00 p.m.: Chronic Rock
- 8:30-11:30 p.m.: Clayton Bellamy
Friday night also features a fireworks display at 11:30 p.m.
The performance schedule for Saturday, July 4, is as follows:
- 1:00 p.m.: Daylin Jorgenson
- 2:00 p.m.: Cole Martin and Crew
- 3:30 p.m.: Addy Watson
- 4:00 p.m.: Palomino YEG
- 5:00 p.m.: Tyler Babiuk Band
- 7:15-9:00 p.m.: Coyote Creek
- 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.: Travis Dolter
In addition to musical entertainment, attendees can enjoy an artisan market and food trucks.
For the children, there will be bouncy castles, a tie-dying activity and face painting.
Although most of the camping bundles are sold out, guests can still reserve an overflow campsite.
Otherwise, ticket prices are as follows:
- Early-bird adult weekend passes (available until July 2): $30
- Adult weekend passes (July3-4): $40
- Youth weekend passes (ages six to 15): $10
- Children weekend passes (five and under): Free
More than 600 people are expected to attend this year’s event.
Organizers say the event will continue rain or shine, so guests should dress appropriately for the forecast.
