The Town of Edson is working to repair a sinkhole that developed on Friday, June 26.
The town says a sinkhole developed at the southwest corner of 44 Street and 8 Avenue due to a damaged storm lead.
The area has been barricaded, and the town says crews should be replacing the damaged lead and beginning repairs this week.
Residents of the area are asked to use caution and respect all barricades and signage.
