Heavy rain should begin this evening and continue through the day tomorrow, with isolated thunderstorms enhancing the rainfall amounts. Officials say it should taper off by Sunday night.
Water may pool in roads and low-lying areas, and some property damage is possible, the ECCC says. Residents in the affected areas should also watch for washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts and avoid driving through flooded roadways.
