Whitecourt Wolverines captain Jalen Bianchet has earned the titles of 2025-26 AJHL Scoring Champion and AJHL Leading Scorer.
The 2005-born forward recorded 87 points in 52 regular season games, including 46 goals and 41 assists.
He also set single season Wolverines franchise records for most goals and most points, and leads the franchise in all-time goals (85) and points (174).
Over the season, he posted 30 multi-point games and a climactic 23-point streak over 12 games. He has been competing in the AJHL for three years.
From Pickering, Ontario, Bianchet is also a finalist for the 2025-2026 AJHL MVP Award and Top Forward Award.
Additionally, he was named the AJHL Player of the Game 14 times throughout the season, Player of the Week on three occasions, and Player of the Month in October 2025.
The Wolverines open the 2026 Inter Pipeline Cup AJHL Playoffs on March 20 against the Fort McMurray Oil Barons.
