The 40th annual Barrhead Women’s Conference, “Memories That Made Us,” will celebrate four decades of women connecting, collaborating and sharing stories and strength.
Taking place on March 21 at the Bablitz Exhibition Hall, this year’s conference will feature a lineup of speakers sharing stories to connect the past, present and future, including how the conference started, Black history in western Canada, personal stories and more.
There will also be vendors and information tables where attendees of all ages can shop, learn and connect.
Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and the conference runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets are $40 per person, with lunch included, and available from the Barrhead County Office (780-674-3331) until March 16.
The event is sponsored by the Barrhead Agricultural Society and County of Barrhead Agricultural Services.
