The County of Barrhead is seeking resident input on provincial highway maintenance ahead of a meeting with the minister of transportation.
Barrhead County council intends to request a meeting with Devin Dreeshen, Minister of Transportation and Economic Corridors, to share concerns regarding provincial highway conditions within the county.
Residents of the area are invited to share any comments, concerns or observations about two- or three-digit highways within the county, which council will then share with the minister. Representatives are particularly concerned about highway conditions, summer and winter maintenance, recurring issues and other similar comments or observations.
To participate, reach out to your councillor or the county office by Feb. 13. Councillor contact information is available online, or you can contact the county office at 780-674-3331, or info@countybarrhead.ab.ca.
