Due to unusually high snowfall volumes and ongoing equipment challenges, the Town of Barrhead says it is adjusting its snow removal approach this week.
Today, Jan. 5, crews will make two passes through Beaverbrook. On Jan. 6, they’ll make two passes through residential streets in the southeast quadrant.
From there, all residential areas will receive two passes per street before crews return for full snow removal and cleanup.
Officials say no parking signs will not be erected to help crews move through streets as quickly as possible, and parking rules will not be enforced.
