Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) says a Christmas Eve snowfall is expected across central Alberta, with 10 to 20 cm forecast beginning late Wednesday morning.
The snow is expected to taper off by Christmas Thursday morning.
ECCC officials say travellers should be prepared for winter driving conditions and consider adjusting their travel plans.
