Snow clearing operations are beginning Friday, Dec. 12 in Barrhead.
Crews will begin clearing priority routes at 3 a.m. Afterward, they will move on to secondary and residential routes.

As equipment makes its way through the community, the town asks residents to keep the following in mind:
- Give operators plenty of room to work.
- Move vehicles off streets identified for clearing; vehicles left on the street will be ticketed.
- Temporary windrows may form as graders complete their work, but crews will return to address these trouble spots when possible.
