The Town of Barrhead is seeking donations for its Cram-a-Cruiser event on Dec. 5.
That day, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., a peace officer will be outside the Barrhead Co-op to collect donations to support local individuals and families this holiday season.
Organizers are collecting:
- Non-perishable food items
- Warm clothing and winter accessories
- New toys and small gifts for children and youth
- Personal hygiene items for all ages
All donations support the Barrhead and District Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) Christmas programs.
The event is the result of a partnership between the Town of Barrhead, the Barrhead and District FCSS and Pembina West Co-op.
