The 89th Alberta Open Golf Championship came to a close at the River Spirit Golf Club in Calgary last week, and local golfer Justin Berget finished in 12th place.
Competing in the men’s professional division, he shot three under par at 213, with scores of 70, 71 and 72 over the three day tournament.
Berget practices at the Whitecourt Golf and Country Club.
Andrew Harrison, from the Windermere Golf and Country club, took the first place title at 13 under par.
