Officials with Woodlands County are looking to fill a part-time Accounting Clerk position and a Census Coordinator position for the Whitecourt area.
Accounting Clerks report directly to the Finance Manager and provide accounting support for Woodlands County through maintaining the accounts payable and receivable subledgers and ensures the collection and reporting of all outstanding accounts and that all necessary records are kept and filed in an easily accessible way.
Census Coordinators will be expected to supervise a team of eight enumerators, connect with the public and oversee the completion of the 2025 Municipal Census.
