Swan Hills RCMP responded to a house explosion on the morning of Monday, Dec. 2.
Police say just before 4:00 a.m., they responded to reports of a house explosion in the area of Pan Am Street.
Although nearby buildings and vehicles were damaged, police say no one was in the residence at the time of the explosion and no injuries have been reported.
Mounties say their initial investigation indicates the explosion was likely caused by a gas leak.
