Woodlands County residents with children between the ages of 4 and 18 who may require financial assistance in order to participate in recreational activities this winter are being encouraged to see if they are eligible to receive funding through the Youth Enrichment Subsidy (YES) program.
The YES program is designed to provide financial assistance for youth interested in participating in sports, arts or culture programs.
