As firefighters continue to battle the Jasper Complex Wildfire, many local fire departments are sending reinforcements in the form of more personnel and equipment.
Local fire departments sending aid include:
Woodlands County which is sending four crew members, Engine 31 and a command unit.

The Whitecourt Fire Department is sending six crew members and a tower.

The Edson Fire Department is sending Chief Milton and five crew members.

Officials say updates will be posted to the Jasper National Park Facebook page, the Town of Jasper Facebook page, the YourAlberta (Government of Alberta) Facebook page, the Municipality of Jasper website and the Emergency Alert section of the Government of Alberta website as they become available.
