Officials with Alberta Wildfire say a fire burning approximately 12 km north of the Hamlet of Blue Ridge has been extinguished.
Alberta Wildfire says ground and air crews were dispatched to combat the blaze which was first reported at 5:08 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, and was extinguished by 9:15 p.m. the same night.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
