According to officials with the Town of Edson, the Cascade Power Plant will dispose of approximately 5000 cu. m, of process wastewater for the next 7 – 10 days at the Town’s wastewater treatment plant.
Orion Environmental says it will be hauling in loads around the clock with its semi-vacs and will be accepting loads 24 hours a day until the project is completed, after which normal hours will resume (8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.).
Town officials say on-site security will be on duty when Edson Town staff are unavailable.
