The Town of Edson is looking for public feedback to overhaul its land use bylaws.
The Town is currently conducting a rewrite of their land use bylaws. The current bylaws were written in the 1990s. While the Town has added amendments over the years, the Town decided a total rewrite is needed to make the bylaws relevant to the community today.
In a statement, the Town says that the rewrite will allow the Town to address current challenges and better adapt to future needs.
The Town will be kicking off its public consultation campaigns on April 18, and they will last until early May. The Town will also have a booth set up at Edson’s Trade Show on April 29 and 30. You can learn more about how to get involved at www.edson.ca/LUB.
